AAA Foundation has so far turned the sorrows of many needy into joy, with evidence to show, which has invariably made us unique among other NGO’s in our community.

During this period, we have had wonderful times with the orphans and the less privileged. One of such occasions was the children’s Day which was marked on the 27th of May. The occasion was used as a sort of campaign to sensitize the citizens to the needs of the less privileged in the society. Among the children that participated in the activities were the Ever Increasing Anointing Ministries Igando children, SOS Children Village, Isolo, M.F.M children Ejigbo and the AAA Foundation children. The occasion was also used as an excursion to then TIN can Island Ports where the Children were able to see the ports and its operations including visit into one of the vessels at berth. The campaign yielded with good testimonies with the help of Sifax Group Apapa and the help of God. Our gratitude goes to Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, Dr. Chinelo A. Chizea, Mr. Oliver Omajuwa, Barrister Tunji Olusinde, Barrister Ezekiel Ajewole and all Sifax Staff. Thank you all.

We believe that caring for children, widows and the poor are the cornerstone of human progress for which AAA Foundation was created. According to our Chairman/Founder, Dr.Taiwo Afolabi, Managing Director/CEO of Sifax Group; “We are dedicated to helping generation of poor children and the less privileged families.” So we give the needy children the best start in life as proper care at the youngest age forms the strongest foundation for a child’s future.

Within the short period of AAA Foundation, it has promoted the education of many children, setting up small scale businesses for poor widows and making the homeless to have homes. We have also sponsored a child for successful heart surgery operation in India.

The action of AAA Foundation to nourish the poor and the ill-health person is becoming great. Through love and acceptance, emotional wounds are healed and confidence is built.

More often than not, it has been observed that many people are not able to make it in life. There are those who are born with silver spoons in their mouth but because of lack of managerial skill and laziness, they make a ship wreck of their life’s. However, others who are those who are also born with silver spoons but with hard work, dedication and seriousness in their endeavors, they double what the have inherited through wisdom. The third sets of children are those who are born into abject poverty. Some of these children struggle and make a mark in life out of little or nothing while others consider their situation as a heritage and thereby “succumb to faith”. They eat form hand to mouth without striving for the future.

As could be seen in this write-up, little things could make a child not to go to school thereby growing up on the street to become a criminal, delinquent or prostitute. Nobody would have imagined you, the reader, living as a successful individual today, if you had not struggled

So, we are appealing to the individual, government and policy makers to help in promoting chances and opportunities that would affect the lives of those living below average to bring balance life for many. It is also hopes that the children born into poverty should not relent in their efforts to struggle to succeed in life so that they could be shinning examples to others

It gives me great pleasure to write this as it's a dream that has waited so long to materialize which is Ajoke Ayisat Afolabi Foundation, founded by the philanthropist of our time Dr .T.Y. Afolabi who has the compassion of masses at heart.

This year now makes it the second year of our existence and to God be the glory, our achievement so far thru Christ has been so tremendous. These has been part of us celebrating significant months in a year with programmes. Many tears had been wiped away through giving, provision of working tools, provision of houses, paying of school fees, supplying local Government schools with exercise books to makes mention of few.

On April, Easter was marked with mothers and widows were lectured on women forum will be given by Special Guests. Donations were also given in a little way for the progress of the foundation.

May 27th children,s day was another memorable day where AAAFoundation  children campaign, displayed their talents in different profession at different locations e.g Ikeja round about and national stadium Orile-Iganmu and went round Lagos metropolis, it was a colourful day.

June/July  was a holiday adventure for AAAFoundation  children and SOS village children were taken to slave relics museum (slave trade)the children were shown the 1st building and well, also many historical building and past events and the river Called the point of no return, they all had a nice time.

As it is part of us that that yearly the sick ones has to be visited made us journey down to Isolo general hospital where love and care was shown to delivered mothers pregnant women and independent baby was given a special gift. Children both the sick male and female were given gifts in different wards and we were taken round the hospital by Chief Matron. Appreciation and prayers were said to the founder of the foundation

The year was rounded up with fun at brain field fun centre along Iba Igando Road which was in December where the children had fun of activities, dancing, swimming, jumping e.t.c to make mention of few.

The day was graced by Hon. Basket Mouth and Hon. Saint Emmanuel Jab-lee federation of boys and girls. Gift and exercise book are given as gift with some other toys.

We shall ever be grateful to God for being merciful to the founder as he was honoured with a Doctorate degree in Law, we felicitate with him as the philanthropist of our time for being so generous in giving and has touch many lives today.

The president of the foundation known as deacon Afolabi was also given an award by Nigerian Port Authority. Your donations means a lot to the needy and less privileged ones in our society as you and I can make their lives meaningful in future donate to them and make someone happy today.
